It’s Convenient

You don’t have to interrupt your normal daily schedule and you don’t have to be home for any outside service treatments. Medwick will service the outside of you house and then leave you a notice that we were there. If you have any problems with our service please call our office. If the service is inside your home someone, 18 years old or older, must be there to let us in to service the inside of the house.

How the Service is Preformed

We inspect and treat the outside of your home three times a year, spring, summer and fall. We stop the pests before they can enter your home. You don’t have to be home and we do not need an appointment. Medwick will service the outside of you home and then leave you a notice that we were there. We will perform three treatments which are designed around when the pests are most active during the year.

What Pests are Not Covered on Our Program

Some pest problems cannot be foreseen or prevented. These are special problems our program does not cover and would be treated as needed and at a different service charge; urban wildlife such as, squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, birds, etc. and flies, fleas, ticks, clothes moths, carpet beetles, termites, gnats, pharaoh ants, clover mites, mosquitoes and pests originating from nearby vegetation like lady beetles and the like. We do not treat roofs that are covered with wood shingles.

Outside and Inside Treatment Schedule

Spring: March 15 – June 15
Summer: June 16 – September 5
Fall: September 6 – November 30

Service Warranty

If a callback service is needed for the inside or outside of the home anytime during the year, including winter, for any of the covered pests, it will be done promptly and at no additional charge. This warranty is for customers who maintain the three regular service calls each year.

Program Enrollment

The Seasonal Pest Control Program starts with an initial service for a specific pest problem and includes a 90 day warranty. You can join our service anytime within three months of the original treatment date without having to repeat the initial service. If you are already on a monthly or quarterly pest control program with another company, you may switch to ours without incurring an initial service treatment.

Residential Single Services

When you do not want to sign a long term contract, Medwick Pest Control will provide you with a service program that fits your needs. Our single services are available for most crawling, flying, and stinging insects. Most services come with a 60 day treatment warranty, we will return promptly and as often as needed to correct the problem at no additional fee.
